1) Is ordering On-Line really secure?
We want to provide you with a secure online experience. On-line privacy and security is of the greatest importance at IPS. We utilize a high level of security encryption to provide a safe and worry free experience shopping on our On-Line Store. Submitting your order to IPS’s On-Line Store is only allowed in a secure-mode enabling Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This insures that all your private & critical information such as your credit card number, your name, company name, addresses, and telephone numbers are encrypted. In addition, our registration with a site identification authority enables positive identification and verification that you have reached IPS on-line.
If for any reason you are still concerned about the security of your credit card information, or are uncomfortable ordering on-line, please feel free to contact us via telephone at 1-618-465-7679 or use our fax order option at check-out to complete your order.
2) If I don't want to purchase online, what do I do?
By calling IPS at 1-618-465-7623 you will be connected to the same
organization that you have grown accustomed to ordering from. Simply call us
and we will process
your order.
3) What methods of payment do you accept?
IPS on-line store accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American
Express) and purchase orders.
4) How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs for your order are shown clearly
when you are ready to check out. IPS uses UPS delivery service and
you will only be charged actual UPS shipping charges. If you wish to use your
shipper number please specify when ordering.
If you require a different shipping method, please contact IPS at 1-618-465-7623. we will be happy to arrange this alternate transportation.

How can I find out the status of my order?
As soon as you place you order, you will receive an
email order acknowledgment, which will include your IPS order confirmation
number. The order confirmation email will also include order details with a link
back to your order (Order Status: View Online). This link will allow you
to check the status of your order. If you have misplaced your Order Confirmation
email with your link, just go to
www.IPScustom.com select the tab at the top of the page that says "My
Account" log-in if necessary and view your order history to look at the
status of your current order.

How do I search for a product in the On-Line Store?
You will see a “Search” box right below the “Categories” listing on the
left
hand side of the IPS Store web page. You will be able to search the entire IPScustom.com
site. Just type in what you are looking
for part number or description. If you can't find a part number, try being less specific in your search. If
for any reason you cannot find the product on-line, simply call, fax, or email
us to place your order
7) How do I get a Quote?
Currently you will need to contact our sales department with your specifications. Our experienced sales technicians will be glad to assist you in any way. This normally only takes a short time.

8) Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, Please contact our sales department. SEE “How to get a Quote” above for contact info. Or click the “Order Info” tab at the top of the webpage for contact information.
9) How do I return something?
If you have the need to return a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-618-465-7623. A return authorization number (RMA) is required prior to shipping merchandise back to Industrial Process and Sensor. Industrial Process and Sensor reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking charge where applicable. All products will be returned to factory freight prepaid. Some custom products may not be returned, please consult factory to make this determination.
10) Do I need an account with Industrial Process and Sensor to buy On-Line?
No, absolutely not. You can purchase directly off of the On-Line store by using a Credit Card or call IPS directly at 1-618-465-7623 to make a purchase. We’ll be glad to help. The credit account set-up is only required for our customers who wish to have a revolving credit account with us.
11) I’m a tax exempt customer, at check-out my invoice shows taxes. Will I be charged these taxes?
If you are a tax exempt customer and you have an established tax exempt account set up with IPS, then NO, you will not be charged taxes. IPS will manually deduct the taxes from your invoice. The taxes will not be put on your credit card or your account.
Currently our On-Line software does not recognize our tax exempt customer, so it shows taxes on everyone. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and will have this corrected soon.
12) Can I use a purchase order to place my order?
If you are a purchasing agent or buyer, and have a valid IPS Customer Account
with an approved line of credit, you can use a purchase order. On the "Payment
Page" during the checkout process there are fields for your Purchase Order as
well as your IPS Account information. If you desire to open an account with IPS
see the appropriate “How to set up a Purchase Order account with Industrial
process and Sensor” in the FAQ’s to get a credit application to fill out.
13) How do I set up a Purchase Order account with Industrial Process and Sensor? (Tax Exempt)
You will need to fill out the credit application and fax a signed copy back to Industrial Process and Sensor. If you have a business reference sheet already prepared, just fill out the appropriate information on the application, sign the application and FAX all pages including your business reference sheep to IPS. The FAX number is 1-618-465-7679.

After having done that, it generally takes between two to three days to process the application. When the process is complete IPS will send you an email indicating your account has been set up and your ready to go.
