Sanitary thermowells are recommended to be used on any application, where the temperature sensing element may be exposed to pressurized, corrosive or high velocity media. Additionally, using thermowells allows online changing of sensors or calibration check without shutting down the process..

 

 

 

 

Materials:
Sanitary thermowells made of  A.I.S.I. 304, A.I.S.I. 316, are available for quick delivery.

Protective Coatings for Thermowells:

• Resist Corrosion
• For Chemical Baths
• Available in PFA Teflon®, Epoxy and other materials.

Flange Sizes:
Tri-Clamp connection® 1", 1.5", 2"

Application:
.260 series fits standard length 1/4" diameter elements.
.385 series fits standard length 3/8" diameter elements.

 

Note 1: Manufactured one piece construction with dimensions to mate to industry standard end caps.

Note 2: Specify: Series, Mating end cap size, surface finish, dimensions, and material grade.

Note 3: Manufacturer reserves the right to alter the attachment location in order to accommodate the actual wall thickness.

Note 4: Hex head plug is available in Brass, 304SS, and 316SS materials.

Note 5: All dimensions are for reference and tolerance is nominal.
