The TM76K0164U0180B105 Type K thermocouple assembly is designed for use with a Thermowell or a Ceramic Protection tube. It features our easy to use Thermocouple head and block assembly along with 5 feet of armored leads.
The TM76K0164U0180B105 is constructed with Thermocouple grade (special limits aviable upon request) type K wire, which is insulated with Magnesium Oxide Powder for longivity and protection, all wrapped in a 316SS sheath. A Hex fitting is then attached and mounted to the Thermocouple head assembly.

Type K thermocouples are often concidered to be the replacement for J type thermocouples. K type Thermocouples are good in ranges from -454°F to 2501°F and are often used with Kilns.
