 IPS® thermocouples are precise temperature measuring elements made of the highest grade materials available. They are carefully assembled according to the highest standards set by the industry. IPS thermocouples are checked against standard temperature-millivolt curves to assure calibration accuracy and must match accepted performance curves which set the standard ANSI accuracy limits.

Industrial Process and Sensor designs and manufactures many different types and styles of thermocouples for use in direct immersion or complete assembly applications. All thermocouples are metal sheathed, magnesium oxide insulated and are designed for extended life at high temperatures, severe vibration or thermal shock. They are offered in various sheath sizes, materials, and in either grounded or ungrounded configurations. Our thermocouples are tested to standard temperature millivolt curves to assure that they are within the accuracy limits of ISA and ASA Calibration Certificates traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology are available on finished thermocouples.

 MgO Metal Sheahed Thermocouples are available for types J, K, T, E, R and S. Others calibrations are avaliable on request.
