The prices on this site are those in effect on the publication date and are subject to change without notice. Please call (618) 465-7623 to obtain current pricing. Payment terms are net 30 days pending credit approval. C.O.D. shipments are available. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted, we have provided a Purchase Order option at Check-Out for our Established Account customers.
Shipping and Taxes:
All prices shown are FOB shipping point. Freight and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. All applicable sales, use, service, value added or like taxes, unless Customer has provided IPS with an appropriate exemption certificate for the delivery destination acceptable to the applicable taxing authorities. The customer shall be liable to pay, or to reimburse Industrial Process and Sensor for payment of any amount on account of Goods and Services Tax or similar tax for any supply made under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions of Sale to which a GST applies.Orders are shipped via UPS, unless other arrangements are made with the Sales Department.
*Purchase Order Customers: (TAXES) Our Purchase order customers who are tax exempt will not be charged taxes. Regardless of what your check-out invoice says, we will deduct the taxes from your order. We hope to have this inconvenience corrected soon.
Confirming Orders:
When mailing confirming paperwork for orders already placed, please clearly label the order as a confirmation.
Quantity Discounts:
Industrial Process and Sensor offers discounts on quantity orders. Please contact our Sales Department.
Return Merchandise:
If you have the need to return a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Department. A return authorization number is required prior to shipping merchandise back to Industrial Process and Sensor. Industrial Process and Sensor reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking charge where applicable. All products will be returned to factory freight prepaid. Some custom products may not be returned, please consult factory.
Cancellation of orders:
The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred on cancelled orders.

Due to advances in technology, some items may differ slightly from their description or appearance on this site.
