Product Specifications

 

Conductors:

Solid 20 AWG extension grade wire

per ASTM E230 & ANSI MC96.1

Insulation:

 Polyvinyl Chloride Singles Polyvinyl Chloride, Overall

Construction:

Polyvinyl Insulation, Overall Shielding: Single pair cables with an overall shield are constructed by insulating the single conductors with 220F (105C) PVC. The twisted pairs are cabled with an insulated copper communications wire and the entire construction is wrapped with an aluminum/Mylar  tape shield. A copper drain wire is applied under the extruded 195F (90C) PVC jacket.

Up  to 220ºF

Special selection of material is required. Suggested initial calibration tolerance. Requirements should be discussed between purchaser and supplier.
